At Baby Dotz, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene and safety reasons, used feeding, bath, and personal-care items cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at mustafahussain4677@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will send return instructions. Please do not ship items back before receiving confirmation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before processing begins. After that, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
